In April of 2010, the Arkansas Onsite Wastewater Association (ARKOWA) was incorporated to give a voice to member Designated Representatives, Installers, Pumpers, and other Onsite Wastewater Professionals, to encourage the free exchange of ideas,to upgrade skills through education and training, and to promote the development of new and improved practices, policies and uniform standards. Your participation is important.

Welcome to the

Arkansas Onsite Wastewater Association (ARKOWA)

In April of 2010, the Arkansas Onsite Wastewater Association (ARKOWA) was incorporated to give a voice to member Designated Representatives, Installers, Pumpers, and other Onsite Wastewater Professionals, to encourage the free exchange of ideas, to upgrade skills through education and training, and to promote the development of new and improved practices, policies and uniform standards. Your participation is important and we hope you will help us in this endeavor.

This meeting will be open to all Designated Representatives, Septic Installers, Pumpers, Equipment Distributors, and Onsite Maintenance Providers.  The primary purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the new Association and what we, as professionals in onsite wastewater, would like to be able to accomplish.  The agenda for this meeting will be developed over the next few weeks, any suggestions as to topics will be appreciated.
